After my final year at university I spent my summer in Hong Kong with the international summer school program at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. I studied a course called “Process/Brand (Product Design)”, which entailed working in groups to create an alternate new product that falls in line with an already existing brand. Through this I was able to engage with the other exchange students and create a diverse product. The building where my classes where held was wonderful.

During my time in Hong Kong I took the opportunity to explore food I had never tried before like dim sum.

I was also able to see an exhibition for my favourite contemporary artist; Takashi Murakami, which was remarkable.

I also spent some time in Lamma Island; one of the many islands which was only a ferry stop away.

One of the best views was seeing the Peak at night, which was a great way to conclude the great trip.
