So, we’re a month in and Im now getting adjusted to being around people with different accents to me and the questions about London are slowing down! I even got mistaken for a canadian earlier today! wow i guess I’m part of the fabric now!

After, asking around and finding out what is good to do around nova scotia me and a few friends decided to embark on the most north American thing possible. A ROADTRIP!!!

We have decided to go to cape Breton which is known for its beautiful wildlife especially the moose.

On the way there we stopped at a piece of land that was once owned by Alexander Graham Bell, this land had now been converted into a museum so we spent most of our time trawling through a lot of information of the great man himself.

after a days worth of travel we finally made it to what Canadians refer to as “the nearby” cape Breton- which was just amazing as everyone had described there were beautiful sights to behold alas my phone was dead and I was unable to grab any pics

However i have something even better: a story about how i escaped from a raging moose!

Essentially a man antagonised a moose by throwing twigs at it and making loud noises  this resulted in the moose charging at the innocent group including me, we all started to run away, however I fell over due to the un even ground and did a forward roll, as i lay on the ground, my life flashed before my eyes as i saw this majestic beast hurdle me and continue to run into the bushes.

All in All it has 3D experience to say the least!

I think after this i’m about as canadian as it gets!!- give me citizenship!

October- and my brush with death
